Estairs UK LTD will not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than that required to processe your order
Orders
On receipt of online orders we will forward confirmation that your order has been received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will then indicate acceptance of your order, and issue an invoice which will then indicate a contract between us exists.
Building Regulations
Please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to check that the staircase purchased is suitable for purpose and meets current building regulations.
Payments
Estairs accept orders and payments by phone, mail or on line.
We accept most major credit cards, BACS payments, Paypal or cheques.
Delivery Schedule
Your staircase will normally be despatched to you within 10 business days custom made stairs, and at holiday times however may take a little longer.
Tax Charges
VAT will be charged at the appropriate rate.
Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
Please note that all our staircases are custom items and are therefore not covered for return unless faulty, any return must be in the manufacturers original packaging unless agreed in writing. All carriage charges are at the customer’s expense.
